Our History

Born and raised in San Antonio, President Fidel Perez began his construction career after serving our country as a United States Marine. His beginnings were very humble as a carpenter’s helper. From there, he spent the next 15 years learning every trade involved in the commercial construction industry. After working his way to a Project Manager of several large projects in the San Antonio area, he decided to go on his own in the late 80’s. This was not perfect timing as the construction industry took a drastic turn for the worse. He was able to survive this economic struggle and come out on top of the local companies in the restaurant construction and bank construction fields.

Fidel has been married to his wife, Cindy, for more than 20 years and they have two children. They love the Texas Hill Country and raising their children in the Boerne area.

Cindy graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BA in Accounting. After working in the corporate sector for 15 years as a Controller, she decided to take her knowledge of construction and business and apply it to the family business.

Their son, Ricky, is also learning the business, as his father did, while completing his degree in Construction Management.
